The ollie over the rail near the end (brown buildings, black rail) is at De Anza College in Cupertino, CA. The landing is uphill. Hard to catch in the video, but if you watch close you can see it. That stair set is so high in person it is hard to believe he even thought to try it, let alone land it.

Saw the photo in a magazine, lost it, never found it again. So glad to see it here. Truly mindblowing. This and the entire part.
