In one of the earlier episodes she said the news reported the wind was blowing most of the debris out to sea. But that could be said just not to panic people. Also, anxiety and intense fear, combined with dehydration and poor diet, can also lead to nasusia. But yes, I do agree. She seems to have the start of radiation sickness. What does one expect? She went to work the day after the explosion!

If she saw the flash from her home she had to be really close to the bomb, Dirty bombs are not to powerful of an explosion. she left her door open for 3 episodes shes as good as dead.
