Flute Sonata (original composition)

I wrote this piece in 2009. I posted the beginnings of it back when I first started writing it and promised to show you guys the finished product, which I did, but it was crappy midi. Here is professional grade midi! I hope it was worth the wait. Questions and/or feedback encouraged!

-I composed it in Sibelius 5. (I now own 6 wooo)
-The midi sounds are from Garritan Personal Orchestra 4

@FreackZz Piano part isn't so bad, it's all idiomatic arpeggios, played with both hands. Flute part is actually rather demanding near the end, but I supposed you're right... lol

Hm, reminds me of late Romantic stuff...the overall "atmosphere" for a lack of better words, I guess!

Interesting composition though. Although it is a flute sonata, why not try adding sections for piano only? Like little interludes so the flute isn't constantly playing. (For instance, 3:00 or something.) That's just my two cents though, since I know nothing about composition, heh :P

It sounds kind of nostalgic to me ... though in parts it also sounds fresh as it could reflect the feeling that one experiences in summer or something ... Great
