Watch as he steps back absolutely involuntarily within just a few notes like he was pushed, I knew he would be delighted and his reaction is priceless to me. Sincerely Smitten, The Knudson's, from a little village of 11,000 Vashon Island, WA USA (our little family video here has been to each of the United States and to 100 other countries on every continent around the world within 4 days over the pure joy and magic of Susan Boyle's glorious singing...it's a small world after all.

Just three days after hearing her voice I spent the day at Vashon Lutheran Church in part with Congressman Jim McDermott who is also an MD, Harper McConnell (she was written about after the event, in Nicholas Kristov's Half The Sky, for her work in Congo.) Maurice Carney & Kambale Musavila of Friends of The Congo, Judy Anderson of Heal Africa Hospital in Goma, DRC and a group of high school students with Amnesty International, discussing HEAL AFRICA HOSPITAL IN GOMA, DRC Africa(the only hospital in the region serving rape survivors requiring fistula repair surgery) SUSAN BOYLE'S SINGING HELPED ME MAKE IT THROUGH THAT DAY!

We filmed the event at our church and it's just come back from the editing studio in segments, here's the link part 1 of Congressman McDermott: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TacAG-PgoPg

  • check this out~ here on the tube....NEW--HUGO MILLION "Benga Nzambe" Music Video (Call on God)

    WORD.

  • fyi: that's my friend, Kambale Musavila, activist with Friends of the Congo, speaking in the last moments of the film. I'm posting a Prayer Request for him tonight. He's being intimidated by a very large mining organization with conflict mineral interest in the Congo. I pray that he is protected and supported as a peace activist. He's almost finished writing his book and I pray it is well received. thank you.

  • Benga Nzambe!

  • Thankyou for sharing your lovely vid. Ive been overwhelmed with the response Susan has received. My mother in law watched the programme when it was shown on british telly and she said to me " they are all taking the mickey, wait till she sings - that will shut them up" (she has saw susan perform at local functions - we live 3 miles from susan). My mother in law is normally right LOL - but she was dead right this time.

    Best wishes from scotland
