  • Cool GB pick ups there Thomas and not a bad find when it comes to that Menacer light gun too. I have never seen them either.

An atari 7800 mod... drooooooooooooool! You lucky lucky man!

  • @OldSchoolNYCGamer Thanks Sid! :) Yeah don't know about frogger on the GB...just seemed a bit too laggy :/

I got the Menacer cleaned up and can see a red light come on when I pull the trigger, but having a bit of trouble getting it to work on my crt TV...may have to mess around with the brightness, etc..?

The 7800 has some interference issues (it's from Sean)..figure if I can sort it out, I'll give it back to him.

  • Great Finds Man. Strikers 1945 is awesome. Me and my Bro Maddog did a Lets Play on it not to long ago, Classic Arcade awesomeness! Great classics for the Game Boy too.

  • @hessrf1981 Thanks Twitch :) having a lot of fun playing it :D

  • I bought Strikers 1945 new BITD for around $18.00 from BB.It's "almost" a pixel perfect version of Strikers 1945 II from the arcade.I guess it got lost in translation, which is cool, cuz the 1st one is minus the flying pancake. In the Hunt is another "almost" pixel twin of the arcade version for the PSone.

  • @Mu6502 Yeah having a blast playing it :) Was checking out some of your vids, do you make 2600 games?

Not yet. I have downloaded bB and stella though, and plan on doing a game on that platform(2600), which dose have its limitations.I'm a big fan of the Activision 2600 games, from the graphics and game play down to the box art. That has inspired me to create a game called Driving Range, that I'm trying to port to HTML5.The game will look sound and hopefully play in your browser of choice like those old Activision gems for the 2600.

Yeah, tried two Goodwills and one Salvation Army, no dice. We do have a flea market that's hit or miss. I'll keep looking though.
