Franchise, Brick and mortar or Home Based Business? So many choices and so much information to sort through. Step by step. Franchise will cost 250,000 to 500,000 to 750,000 to purchase. Small brick and mortar business may have a purchase cost but both of these types will have office rent, office utilities, employees, employee costs, inventory and marketing costs. Personally you will have additional wardrobe, transportation and lunch expense. A home based business will have marketing expense. A franchise or brick & mortar business will require you to be away from home many hours a day for months or years before yu generate a profit. With a home based business you can earn a profit in days and never leave home.
