  • please tell me how you do that. i'd love to try.

  • You have to sit down on the ground with your hands/forearms flat down. Then you try to kick you legs upwards. When you are in a straigth possition, you have to keep the balance by using your hands and fingertips to adjust the center of gravity :)

    (Sorry for a little complicated explanation)
