Unfortunately many of the speakers from your site speak very hard to understand English. You are the exception where you articulate your points clearly with well spoken English
Your site has a wealth of excellent information but the ability to understand many of the speakers is very rough.
You should consider being the standard with your colleges and encourage them to listen and learn from you. Knowledge without the ability to share it is very sad.
Good luck!. .

For ppl asking about Tesla:
He is a Electrical and Mechanical engg, there is a difference b/w Electrical and Electronics.
I have #respect for Tesla, unfortunately he doesn't come under this lecture to be mentioned.
