@Johncar435 From that point of view I completely agree, however form factor aside the features included in the 5Dmk2 preclude it from being an amateur camera. The hated term "Prosumer" is probably more applicable.

@stubones amateur as opposed to professional which is the 1D line, although many professionals use the 5D as their main body.
