Yesterday I tried to comment on one Puru's videos and of course it was not approved. It's kind of funny how all of the comments on her videos agree with her.

Is there any movement to try and stop users censoring comments on youtube?
IMO youtube has a vested interest ensuring that the comments of any video reflect an open forum.
Otherwise all commenting on youtube has to be viewed possibly corrupted and not a quantifying representation of public opinion. Commenting on youtube will then have no purpose.
There are already mechanisms to prevent hate mongering and spam.
If anyone knows of a movement against comment censorship PM me. thanks

Nice! That about sums it up. Apparently my views which reference terror management theory and general scientific practice are unsubstantiated personal opinions and are therefore blocked.

My first comment to Purushadasa was:
Purusadasa = Religious Bias + Censorship
She responded with a direct message:
"You have failed to provide evidence for your personal belief that I could have ever censored anyone. You have also failed to provide evidence for your personal belief that I hold a religious bias, so you lose!
atheist total fail"
She then blocked me and deleted my comment :S
I have faith in my personal beliefs and thus have no need to provide any evidence.

Puru seems to thrive on claiming there's no evidence of the censorship she engages in. A truly fine example of why internet access should be limited in the psych ward.
