A romantic fan video for Roxanne 'Rocky' Ballantine, one three women donning the Batwoman costume in Mystery of Batwoman. This is the first in a series for Batwoman as there were three, not one behind that mask. Roxanne is in it to bring down Penguin for framing her fiancee Kevin for smuggling. Her girl geek facade dupes both Bruce and Batman at until Alfred's comment about duplication plus she did rather easily evaded judo moves when Batman enters her apartment. He knows Batwoman is using an advanced version of metallurgy similar to Ballantine so he suspects she is or has something to do with it. Of course he warns her to not continue this just as Kevin had told her not to keep at this effort to nab Penguin.
The song is meant to express that Roxanne loves Kevin naturally and wants him to believe in their relationship again. He's more or less resigned to his sentence however Batman gives evidence to Sonia to pass along to clear Kevin of all charges.
