The commute to this job sucks, so I have to make the most of my days.

  • How much will this remodel cost?

  • @TheDieselStop Let's see, roughly $1000 in cabinets, $75 for the sink, $130 for the faucet, $55 in Granite, $40 for tile board and PL glue, Couple hundred for the linoleum floor and subfloor, around $100 in sundries, No cost yet for backsplash tile, Light fixtures were about $50 x 2. plus my labor. Fairly reasonable for a place that will pull in a premium rent.

Steve do you have a Set Price , then add add on's as you go , after consulting the owner ?

Brother as Always Fantastic Video !!!

    Fantastic Job !!!

    Rock On my Friend !!!

  • @fritzhvac MR FRITZ! I like the Bosch, it was affordable ($160), replacement blades are fairly priced and (now that I fixed it) works well. Downside is it's med. duty, and limited to battery life. I have used the Fein, and am really impressed with it. I meet with the owner, we discuss the project, I come up with a bid, including cost of my subs and go go go. The contract is open ended to add-on's that are then billed T-n-M. Worked with this owner since 03, and have a good relationship.

  • Hey Steve!

The hand truck turned out nice. Paint is paint, it will keep it from rusting!

I went back and watched the videos on how you repaired the Bosch PS50 back in April of last year. Man, that thing should be fixed for good! Probably better than when it was new with that bushing you made for it. Too cool Brother!!

I could have easily made the same mistake on the cabinets. I am over 6' tall so the way you had them mounted first looked better from my perspective!!

    Great job Steve!!

  • @AVTreasures Hey Ray, that hand truck is bomb proof now. I liked the cabs at first height too, oh well, have to appeal to the renter masses. LOL. Thanks for watching my current, and past videos.
