hey, try sketching where the triangle moves while watching the video (wherever it moves, draw a line on the paper in the direction where it moves). by the end, you will have a structure comprised of 12 triangles. tbh, it looks like they were going for a pentagram look but they turned it into draw a triangle, then draw as many fucking triangles inside of it as possible.
