This guy's name is Ban Wen Yao. In Chinese is "班文尧".

His name is Wenyao Ban from Guizhou Province China. when he was dancing in this middle schoold . he only 18 years old.
Now Wenyao study in Ocean University of China. he dance at school only with university community performances
