is anybody even watching the video or are they just throwing out their uneducated comment out on the platform? Seriously, you guys probably don't know shit about computers. Anybody who has some expertise with windows and has switched to mac will tell you to never use windows. My first computer was a mac (I was 1) and then my parents switched to XP and I have not gotten another mac until last year. I can say that mac is better by far, I think I would know and don't you say otherwise.

Hmm... Now count in a 20-24" screen, a webcam, an alu-case, a microphone, a useful OS and an Apple-brand.

why are people arguing that a older Mac that was never designed for games... isn't as good as a current game machine...? if i could get a gateway cheap with good specs that had supported version of OSX on it.. then i'd get it. People act like Windows can do everything better... well i mean gamers do, cuz they only care about games...

Oh yeah and another thing, this video is from November 2006 and so is an earlier mac, the newer iMacs are twice as powerful and cost slightly less actually...next month I'm getting a 24inch iMac with dual core 3.06ghz with 1TB hard drive and 4gb ram...I use my PS3 and 360 mainly for games but if I want to play games with it I'll be able to perfectly.

Another thing is that Mac takes MUCH less resources than Windows does and that's why always Macs sometimes had slightly lower specs than PCs. I heard Windows Vista runs better on most macs including iMac and Mac PRO...and about the price, most people who buy and iMac think they are going to use it for games but Geardos is just showing you can and very well...
just wish mac would switch to nvidia instead of ati :(

this system has an nvidia card actually. They seem to use both brands for their systems.

what is anti-lasing??
emadkkk 5 years ago
smooths the edges of polygons so they don't look jagged, really pushes older graphics cards hard

Why not full res, I wonder?
Running a game on a resolution lower than it's native tends to create blurry images.
I suppose it started to lag a little then?
Although in 1920x1200, what good would antialiasing do anyways ;)

It didn't give us the option to run it higher than 1600 x 1200.. It wasn't stretched though the image was centered in the middle.
