I made this ... looked beautiful but wasn't really as good though. Most of my guest agreed there should be a bit more spice/meat to it to add another dimension. So I made it again with smoked salmon and it was awesome!

I tried to make this, but it turned out rather bland. I also couldn't get my Ricotta to be as creamy as that in the video. I did add more lemon juice which made the taste of the cheese mix really nice, but it was far too fluid to stand up to the rolling. I'm going to try making my own Ricotta, apparently it will cream better from home-made cheese.

In fact there is such a thing as too much olive oil. Not only is olive oil very strong in flavor, it contains vitamin K which controls the coagulation of blood. So especially if you're prone to blood clots, don't use too much olive oil.
