He's advocating more taxes on small businesses and people making $150K per year. The oligarchs like Buffett hate competition and he's trying to destroy small businesses and other competitors through higher taxes and more regulation. Did you know Berkshire owes the IRS over $8 billion and has been in court for nearly 10 years?
