Hello, I'm Eva Davis, Director of the Canton Public Library.

I would like to welcome you to our website and our 2009 Annual Report. As you go through the report, you'll see all of the wonderful things that we have accomplished here at the library with the support of donors like you; particularly our Friends of the Library - who are our single-largest donor and provide much of the support for our Summer Reading program and the library's endowment.

I want to take the opportunity also to point out our excellent staff and the work that they have done over the last year during these tough times to continue to serve you with excellence.

Our Strategic Plan began in 2009. A lot of what you'll see on this website reflects the efforts that we have made to listen to your feedback and comments about what you want to see from your public library. And I hope that you'll agree with me that we've made a lot of accomplishments this year.
