I love this album. I remember wearing it out, playing it everyday. My Mom used to say "again...Garland Jeffreys...why don't you play something else you have soooo many records..." I used to say "Ma, you just don't know...." Mystery Kids and "Modern Lovers" got multiple plays in each sitting.

Garland rocks with the best of them.....I too wore this album out from listening to it all the time as a teenager.....now I'm 50 and this song still sounds better than most of the new stuff out there today.
