  • That's nice but I can't understand that thing off adding the numbers vertically and that carry over thing. Can anybody explain me this? Thanks

  • @Simangel1307 check out this video instead it explains things a bit better. FnNvCuZ6SMw

  • its called lattice method -____- you just drew the square isdeways.

  • @alphabroly28 thanks, it's not the first time i reinvent an alternative methode of doing math and it's always nice to know theres a name for it :)

  • This is basically how everybody performs long multiplication.

  • I find that differen't methodes works bettere for different situations, it may also vary from person to person.

  • omg i like this it is just simply amazing im goin to teach it to all my friends even if they dont care to learn it lol

  • it's faster to calculate 100 x 99 and then subtract 99 instead of drawing it like this :/

  • @Werwolf2x There are exceptions, but many are far more complex. Like 54x76 or something

  • @AJenbo oh ok :)

  • How do I do if I have one three digit number and one with two digits?

And how about two, three digit (or more) does it work the same way?

And if I get two, two digit numbers in the two in the middle and a one digit number above thoose, which of the four is the one supposed to be over?

  • This is just like the lattice method but with less lines to draw

  • Awesome!! I'm still a bit confused on which numbers go where, though.
