does anyone know if this is compatible with the seagate goflex external 3tb drives?

I have 2 of these and they aren't compatible with my WD HDTV streamer, might need to get this if it works.

@luisrortega YES, YOU CAN. EVEN WITH THE SEAGATE HARD DRIVE INSIDE, YOU CAN USE AN USB.

I have a Q my seagate TV keeps knocking my Belkin N router off line I was going to get a wire less adapter do you know of any wire less usb adapters that work besides the seagate one .. trying to save some money here

Do you need an Ethernet connection just to access the files on your drive?

For example if I wanted to plug my current USB external HDD to watch movies on the TV do I need to connect te GoFlex TV to my modem?
