My mams name was Rose.She died age 52 in a road accident.My Dad lived on for 30 years and in all that time never looked at anyone else,keeping his love for my Mam till he passed in 2003, between June and Johnny.My Mam truly was the Rose of his heart.God bless Mam and Dad and God bless Johnny and June.Two everlasting love stories.

I proposed to my wife in Germany during this song, and we danced "our first dance" during our wedding to this song.This song brings so many emotions to us and will do so for so many years. GOD BLESS JOHNNY CASH!. Of all the songs that I have had heard, this is the only one that brings tears to my eyes. For my wife, and for the pain of Johnny, that he dealt with for June.
