PLOT; Shane has had a crush on Gabriella for a long time. But he can't have her because she's already dating Troy. After he secretly see's them break up, he tries to talk to her but she's still not over Troy. Eventually she gets over him and her and Shane start becoming friends. Finally, Shane calls her and asks if they can meet up. When they do, he sings to her and tells her how he feels through song.
