Wherever you live, that is your home, that is your government. Your duty as a citizen is to develop your country. Not running away from it. You want have a good live like your relative in America, build it up with your own hand. You do not like the way that your government run your country, step up to the top and help them write the law. LPDR give equal opportunity to every ethnic group. look and see how many Hmong in the LPDR now? Compare to Vang Pao regime. wake up!!!!!!

This is funny. This is a resettled village, but of Hmong from the mountains. This is not the village where the Hmong repatriated from Thailand were sent. I have been to both places and that big mountain in the background is the give away.

don't lie like that .when the hmong forced back to PhaLak UN didn't get to allow to visit them until this day .

hmong people are at the mercy of the people whose country they live in, bc they are a minority in thai, lao, etc. . . . unless you're them you wont know if they are being treated fair or not . . .

The Villege "Pha Lak", once used to be a prison camp that the communist use for keeping the Hmong and US prisoner during veitnam war. My mother was one of them. Their are manny big mountains and river surrounding the the camp which make it hard for the people in the villege to escape.
Hey.......every one, no need to worry I love Hmong girl, Hmong girl are the best and ez to get.........lol.

No one abused and killed Hmong more than Hmong themselves. Until Hmong cease cruelty on their own kind, finding fault with others is pointless.
