JR - Shonan-Shinjuku Line - Yokosuka Line - cab view

A cab view of a five minutes ride of a Shonan-Shinjuku Line (湘南新宿ライン) service on the Yokosuka Line (横須賀線 ) between Yokohama and Tokyo. The video starts at the site of a new station (Musashi-Kosugi, 武蔵小杉, to be opened later in 2009), after the curve, there is a straight stretch of line where the Yokosuka Line runs parallel to the Shinkansen (on the left), before running litterally below the Shinkansen (Yokosuka Line at ground level, Tokaido Shinkansen on viaduct). The sequence ends with the stop at Nishi-Oi (西大井駅).

Recorded on a Samsung WB500 digital camera, through two cab windows, this explains the slghtly blueish hue.

i remember this from the narita express when i rode on it but musashi-kosugi was built and it stopped there
