@diggler2002 Bowden has something wrong with the tendons in his fingers...hence the crooked fingies he gives when he signals six. Secondly, back in the day both umpires used to be from the host nation however the ICC has gone only a little way towards neutral umpires by having one host nation ump and one neutral ump. Not perfect BUT this is the ICC and like all major organisations, things change slowly!
