About 70% of arrested persons in the US are white, but whites are also more likely to be acquitted (and much less likely to arrested for some crimes they dominate, whites are less likely to be arrested for drug possession despite only 13% of US drug users being black). About 850,000 out of 2,350,000 inmates in the US are white. Sounds like it's still mostly non-black people.

According to whom? There were very small enclaves of well-to-do white colonists who settled there but the rest of the 98% of the population were reduced to dirt poor people starving on reservations. Since the Europeans have left the GDP and living standards of Africa have increased exponentially (though backwards progress was made in the 70s and 80s thanks to dictators and warlords, many installed by the West).

@A86 The US has more of them and they often live in their own areas where the police are afaid to go but Canada has less so 'when in Rome do as the Romans', They have not reached a critical mass in Cannada yet.
