Taken from their debut self titled album this is "Blue" by UK outfit the "Fine Young Cannibals".

The album "Fine Young Cannibals" was released back in 1985. The success of their UK #8 debut single "Johnny Come Home" did not continue with the next single, "Blue", which languished at #41 in the UK. The version of "Blue" found on the compact disc is not the same version found on the original cassette (and LP, presumably).
