The following are rescued White Collard Doves, half of them hand-tamed. Birds have been socialized with other animal rescues, and are housed close to the cat and dog cages. They love people, and they are very frisky and playful . I have two of them and six Eurasian collared doves and i commonly see the Eurasian ones around my neighborhood

I have one that is 13 years old & he still plays around with me just like those in the video . They are wonderful pets & it trips me out how people can just release them to the elements knowing they are cage raised ...

probably left over from a wedding earlier that day or a few days ago. when they release white doves at wedding they are usually half tame.
