Hey bismochua, its actually quite common to have one pec larger or shaped differently than the other. Unless your doctor says its a medical issue (cant imagine it would be), I would forget about it and just work your whole chest hard. After a decade of hard lifting, your entire chest will be so big that that the differences between the pecs will not be as noticeable.

hey scooby, got a quick question for you. I will be soon starting a job that's probably 12 hours a day for 6-7 days a week. This job is very physical and tasking. So I will be burning a lot of caloires. How many calories do you think I should consume a day along with my workouts. I'm about 5'11 and 200-210 pounds I've been wanting to gain a lot of muscle but I fear the work of the job will burn too many calories causing me to loose muscle. Thanks.

Hey MilkmasterG, 12hr days of hard physical work is going to really be tough on your BBing but you can make it work. Two very important things, #1 workout BEFORE your work day starts because afterward you will have zero energy. Second very impt thing, make sure to eat EVERY 2hrs. Protein bars are normally not recommended for meals but they are 1000% better than nothing. They have lots of wasted sugar calories but that shouldnt be a problem. (continued)

(continued) Keep the protein bars stuffed in all your pockets and make sure you eat them at the rate of about one every two hours. Monitor your weight over the first few weeks and adjust your eating up or down as required to maintain your weight.
