Mr Collins is not enthusiatic about his job,has a poor record keeping or recording system
Has no feelings for others, poor relation with staff infact rude to staff,Making unacceptable
contacts with customers,no self introduction to second customer.can not withstand pressure of
work.
The only good point is self introduction to first customer but with no acceptance of his mistakes.
He needs more training,he is not qualified.

this is a good video, bad management is a big reason why businesses fail. i've worked for guys like that.
