Why I do not want an Apple TV Hockey puck or Google TV

Why would I buy a device to stream content from itunes and netflix (Netflix not available in the UK).
I dont think so.
My year old Iomega ScreenPlay HD is all the gear I need.
The GUI may be horrible and the remote is not very good but I still love my ScreenPlay HD.
