Finally an explanation where the narrator isn't speaking a mile a minute with no way to follow what's being said. This was enormously helpful and after searching for a long time for an organizational tool for my life as a solopreneur, I have found it. I'm now going to search for more of your tutorials. Thats a great and simple review. Thanks for putting this up. I have it installed and am working through whether it is going to help keep my opportunities in line in an ideal interface. I guess my biggest complaint or confusion is that if I create an opportunity from an email using the gmail widget, they then have to be linked. I would assume that this would be automatic...but its not....bummer
