Actually, next year is gonna be awsome for Power Rangers--because they're gonna air MMPR in re-mastered form.
As Jason would say : "BACK TO ACTION!!"

That was awesome...

What would've been awesome is if Saba had some sort of attitude. Either always cracking jokes at tommy's expense or very sarcastic

I think you did an excellent job on the Tigerzord model. I would've done the backgrounds in CGI as well so it would mesh everything together a little better. If you are currently still working on 3D models, don't give up PLEASE. Just keep up the good work and in no time your skills will be where you want them to be. Trust me, I'm an artist myself so I know certain things can be difficult at times :)

@YungReg88 I never gave up 3D ;-) - Fact is that I do not have the time to do things like this anymore. Most of my spent on 3D (as has always been the case ) was as a game modeller, not a visual effects/movie modeler. But I always want to do more on this subject, considering how much I'm improved already :(

IMHO, the Tigerzord from the show looks better. Sure, it's quite obviously an elaborate prop, but it has real physical presence and looks a lot more natural interacting the rel environments and people.

@MigeulP You're right, it's nearly impossible to let it interact with the evironment without camera tracking...I started to update the head according to the show, but never got very far. You should remember that it's not easy to let the show models transform, as it physically won't work, that means I would have to make 3 models, or a very complicated one...Added to that, this video is already 2,5 yrs old, I'm at least a little better now :P

@koenf1 Duly noted, but still, I like the toy model/suit Zords better than the CG ones of the newer series'.

@MigeulP Haha, then you can ask the question who made the CG ones...I don't think the Transformers movies would look better with toys/suits :D - I guess Power Rangers has been low-budget all their lifetime - But it's not up to me to judge, I didn't see more than MMPR, Zeo and a few Turbo episodes. Al that came later did leave me cold.
