How to make fried sea bass steak

I made 3 episodes for this "valentine special episode" that includes: dessert, appetizer and this, but unfortunately my computer had a virus and I lost alot of my upcoming vids. Anyways if you are planning to make something special for your love one this seafood steak is a must because its simple, affordable, tasty and elegant. serve it with rice or noodles ^_^
