  • japanese people have honor, most countries have lost their way.

  • @HeadGirl There are old people's homes these days...But traditionally it is eldest child's responsibility to look after his parents. I used to think this social system "ridiculous" but now I think it is a cleaver system to make sure elder people will live with their children and grandchildren. This tradition is often kept strictly in country areas just like this tsunami affected villages. Sad to loose those wise elder people...
