We only fished as far down as the Buckstock River, then headed back to town for a flyout on the Holitna. Probably need to fish on down to the Doestock and below to find the sheefish.

Nice Video. I floated the Aniak from the lake last August with 2 buddies for 10 days. Greatest time of my life. You forgot to mention the Northern Pike. They are also in the river. I highly recommend this trip to anyon wanting to go to Alaska. Don't forget the Skeeter spray.

excelent video! I remember fishing the Aniak and Kuskokwim rivers when I was a young boy, about 50 years ago. I grew up in Aniak, I guess I took it for granted. I would love to relive the experience
