  • Go ahead, keep doing it. Make a new video and give us the symptoms you develop over time. How often do you do this now to gain "relief"? Let us know if the "need" increases or decreases.

By the way, the same motion only moves the same spot. Naturally, you're not treating anything. But keep it up. It's your neck.

  • It wouldn't suprise me if his head dropped off when he ran to the job centre to sign on.

  • @BudoChild Your friend is a Chiropractor not a doctor. Of course he is going to say its bad if you adjust your own back. He would have no business if everyone did it themselves

  • @BudoChild no, I'm not a doctor and neither is your chiropractor friend.

  • @xpaco555 Do you know that for sure? My friend who is an Upper Cervical Specific Chiro says this is not good. He is a doc are you?

  • o please, cracking knuckles and joints is just releasing gas and meningeal fluid, if you do it to a point of pain you should stop but its not doing any real harm

  • @doctortabby you can't adjust yourself

  • leave this to the professionals, get ADJUSTED, not cracked.

  • BOOOO!!
