How dare Obama take it upon himself to declare a state of emergency in our city while nothing at all happened, costing the working people of this city untold millions. Thank you Mayor Bloomberg for all you have done in the face of the hurricane. I thank you for putting people first, all people first, the old and infirm and all others. It is disgusting to hear Eric Cantor say they will help with disaster aid if there are budget cuts. I appreciate you saying regardless of the cost we will do what we need to do to save the people and visitors of New York. Thank you.
