@mooniqueboutique I'm sorry, but @wpte is right. Freddie even said it in his interview about the song, he wrote it in ten minutes, while he was in the bath. This is coming from an 18-year-old Queen fan. :)

Wikipedia's Elvis discography never mentiones the song.
Also on yahoo answers everyone says it's by Queen originally.
And the wikipedia page about the song itself says it's written by Freddy and covered by many different bands.
In the end, the song was written 2 years after Elvis died. If you believe that the king of rock and roll still walks the earth, well then it's up to you.
