My Toilet Goes in a Clockwise Direction, then 2 other toilets in my house dont spin at all then just Jet it down.
American Toilets Spina according to Rim Jet Angle Placement of the rim. Thus not based on Hemisphere, but on Design like Randomness453 Mentioned.

I know, but as a toilet fan this is interesting to see (The toilet bowl not the "direction it turns")
Anyway, the water movement is determined by the bowl design and shape, not the hemisphere, you can clearly see the water is being forced that way as it goes round instantly, not fill up then empty. There are plenty of toilets that go the opposite way in North America apparently.

The point of the video is that water cycles down the drain in a clockwise rotation in the southern hemisphere of the earth.
