Will 'illegal war' sink Obama's career?

The US Congress has refused to grant President Obama authority to continue the military campaign in Libya. But the very same lawmakers have turned down a motion to cut funding for the American action in the country. The votes are being seen as largely symbolic, as the White House says it doesn't need Congressional approval for the mission. RT's Gayane Chichakyan has more from Washington.
The head of the U.S. Center for Constitutional Rights, Michael Ratner, says President Obama is staking his political career on the war in Libya.

Some may have forgotten that Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize. That means that he was considered to be the most peaceful head of state worldwide. America was attacked and has since that time been responding to enemy actions. Obama just happens to be in the position of president at this time. Any other American president would have responded to enemy activity in similar fashions. Being strong on defense usually helps a president get reelected. Panetta was a great choice for defense secretary.
