In the book it says you only need to use white only IF you have a cholesterol problem, otherwise a whole egg is fine (page 70 in the boxed description of the Galette/pancake)
It also says that it is fine to add aspartame (sweetener) or salt depending on your taste and as cinnamon and vanilla are mentioned in the "extras" list (page 71 & 72) I don't see that this lady has actually done anything wrong?!
