I agree completly that for learning English properly you have to live in a place where it is spoken by everybody so, you are forced to learn it and put into prctice what you learned in classes.

I have been learning English for 2 years and few months here in Costa Rica and I suspect that my final step for becoming fluent will be to go to the US to be immersed(my biggest desire though).
