He dug his grave when talking down about a real fighter when another real fighter was around. Matt sure humiliated & shut his pathetic ass up quick. It doesn't matter whether he's better than us at jiujitsu, I'm sure he is. He's a rich douche that trained while everyone else had to work. It's been a while ago since I commented on this guy, but he's still the same goob now he was back then. I mean where is he? You never hear anything about marc laimon unless it's some old video on youtube. I think this interview was just about the highpoint of laimon's career, the guy doing the interview is all but asking laimon to go out on a date with him, he's all up on laimon's sack. his jiujitsu is ok, but his attitude and lack of respect will keep him right where he deserves to be.

@live4justice judo is a "do" art,its totally divorced from anything for a battlefield,tahts why a lot of classical jj has been removed.I agree the gracies didnt invent a whole lot,everything they did was a variation on something else,but so was every other art ever known.I do judo and bjj in the same school and they have become more different over time due to comp rules.Judo by the way never had challenge matches outside grappling,maeda was expelled from the kodokan for doing it as was kimura.

@UnoriginalName the difference obviously is that he was a paid coach on the program and ran down a person with enough courage to step up repeatedly to the mark when lame on hasnt.He cant control his big arrogant mouth.I agree that royce was never very good but I respect his attitude and philosophy.

Marc Laimon talk shit on Royce, internet fans talk shit on MMA fighters ALL THE FREAKING TIME! What's the difference? Marc can be too outspokenly bitter sometimes, but he seems cool otherwise. Laimon personally trained with Royce before, so there's probably some heated history. There's people who've had problems with Ralph Gracie, so maybe Royce is the same way? I'd doubt it though, Ralph just sounds like a psycho.The Gracies being pioneers of BJJ doesn't give them the right to be jerks.

I respect Marc's Skill and all for BJJ but what I dont have respect for him for is when he runs around Bad Mouthing Royce and the Gracie's like that..

If it weren't for the Gracie's he wouldn't be where he is at right now..
