The ghost of the Blue Lady has haunted Thompson Park in East LIverpool ohio for years. This is one possible story though there are several and no one is for sure where it started, though some say the early 50's. G12P went with this story because it is the one that is liked the most.

The version I heard was that it occurred long before. She and her boyfriend were going to meet, and he was supposed to flash his lights, but he never made it. He had car trouble. Meanwhile another car came along, and although the lights didn't flash, she thought it was her boyfriend. She ran out in the road, expecting the car to stop, and the driver, unaware of what was going on, accidentally hit her.

@klingoncelt Awesome version! I have not heard this one before! I have not found any real story in my research to match either story however, but I will keep looking! thank you for the new information. I might be able to track something down with this.

I honestly don't think any of those legends are true...the image of the blue lady I seen on camera looks more like quaker. Who knows what happpened but there is someone out at that park in my evps looking for their baby.
