A Response to TD Jakes R.S.V.P.

Mr. Jakes has his mind made up. This response is for those poor souls who did not put his teachings to the test and have in turn been lead astray.

Before sin even entered the world the Sabbath exsisted.

The Sabbath has been the day God sanctified as man's Sabbath since the first week of creation.

I won't get to heaven worshipping God on the Sabbath. I choose to keep the 4th commandment, along with the other 9 because I love God enough to do as He's instructed.

@brianhyde63 James says "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point he is guilty of all" James 2:10. Paul says "Do we then make void the law through faith? GOD FORBID; yea, we establish the law" Rom. 3:31 Why because the law only shows us whether we are in sin or not, it of itself can not save us. Only Jesus can do that. John 14:15 says " if you love me keep my commandments" What commandments? Read again Matt. 5: 17-19. Do you love Jesus? I do?

The religious leaders of that time were putting the people under heavy burdens adding to the commands of God and putting them under condemnation,so the command's of God were anything but love. but when Yashua come he showed the spirit of the Law.

@brianhyde63 Yes,people will have their own relationship with God.God,Yashua and His Children will all be joined with the same Spirit .Gods Spirit isn't Schizophrenic.telling one person this is Sin for you but not for someone else, the same set of law's is for all. Isa 51:7 Listen to me, you who know {righteousness} DEF:adhering to moral principles., the people in whose HEART IS MY LAW; ( the written law is the same law,only in our heart's.its in what Spirit we recive it.

@ljberryify Notice, each person will have their own relationship with God, God thro Jeremiah declared that each person will want to obey God not because of some list of rules written down somewhere, but because they have an obedient attitude – a circumcised heart, God calls it. The laws will be internalised. People will keep the spirit of the law. They will be in allegiance with God, no longer in rebellion against him.
