@TheEqualizerPost Not quite correct. Gloria pushed for martial law in the area to justify her intention of filing rebellion case against the ampatuans . Rebellion is a light political crime, the president can give executive clemency and the involved parties are no longer liable for crimes they committted, including murder and rape. Do not be mislead, Gloria is as evil as the ampatuans
Even without martial law, if there is a proper case filed in the court, arresting the culprits is a police job.
