I think Ubuntu 11.10 is a lot slower than the previous version.

@ve3tru I never use consoles anymore, and I will never buy one. Unless its something unique like Wii for fun with things. PC Gaming is 1000x better than Console gaming. So I use windows to play games. However I dual boot with Ubuntu for my work (Web Development). But lately I been using Ubuntu in a Virtual Machine which is full-screen on my second monitor, so it's like I'm on Windows + Ubuntu the same time.

@staffersteward I can run 10.04 on a Pentium 3 but a slightly newer pc with a p4 ht can barely handle 11.04 it even has more memory... -.-
