York Region TERMINATED its contract with First Canada. It will, unfortunately, be looking for another contractor. Service on Route 98 will resume February 5, and the rest will follow.

Now York Region MUST terminate the contract with Miller Transit and York BRT Services! York Region will be looking for service restoration on all routes while the strike will STILL be ongoing. This is a victory for the people of York Region!

@SKY017 So what if they have the degree? Just because they have it doesn't mean they can request such unreasonable terms. They're screwing over everybody else over who have to put MORE money into commuting and for people who need their jobs to make ends, its unfair that they have to spend more money when yrt drivers make 22, many people would love to make 22 dollars an hour yet they think its not enough because ttc makes more. If they want more they should just work in the TTC
